Hi, I’m Jacob

A men’s coach and community builder with a passion for helping men redefine what it means to live with strength, purpose, and authenticity.

My journey from tech consultant to men’s coach was driven by a deep desire to foster connection and purpose. I’ve created this platform as a space for men to find belonging, redefine their roles, and lead fulfilling lives.

I have an unconventional background…

  • A single father, grounded in balancing responsibility with growth and authenticity

  • Over 15 years in tech and consulting, coaching thousands of sales and revenue operations professionals to reach their potential.

  • Worked in the family business since I was 8 years old - JT’s Louisiana BBQ, bringing people together through hospitality and connection

  • Experienced in participating and building in-person and digital communities, facilitating transformational conversations

  • Committed to creating spaces where men can break free from societal pressures and thrive
