Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my baby girl. She’s precious. Now that I’ve been #coparenting for over a year, I’m learning a lot about myself. It has its ups and downs but one important lesson has hit me hard today… We have to find a way to have and foster a secure with our loved ones. Handoffs used to be hard but I’ve seen my daughter, her mom and myself grow in amazing ways in the process. So for all the #singledad, #singlemoms, and #coparents out there. Practicing non attachment can actually bring you closer to your kid. Ultimately making transitions easier and offering us a life long skill.
